Ben, great to connect with you again and glad you enjoyed those Milch lectures. I actually rediscovered them again recently and was thinking about doing a series on them.

Re Coen brothers class: There are seven lectures I wrote, each between 6–10 pages, quite readable, but substantive in nature. You can choose to participate in message board discussions on your own time. Optional writing exercise. There is one schedule live event: A 60–90 minute Skype audio teleconference scheduled for Sunday, May 24 at 3PM EDT. I record that call, so if you can’t make the session, I can send you an MP3 file of it.

I also keep the course site open for several weeks, so if you’re particularly busy next week, you’ll have plenty of time to go through the content.
