Cameron, you sound like a writer who has been down the road on several writing projects and learned some challenging, but important truths: Writing is a hard endeavor. Things change when writing. It’s a tough, creative process. I especially like this: “The best thing you can do is launch yourself into it with no personal experience and a willingness to learn from your missteps.”

It’s an iterative process. Do a draft. Assess. Rewrite. Repeat.
