Charles, I feel safe in saying, you will never get rid of those inner voices which sow the seeds of fear, doubt, and insecurity. Why I can say that with any authority is that I've never gotten rid of them myself! Plus, if you're a Stephen King fan, in response to this question -- "What scares you the most?" -- he replied, "Whenever I first begin a new story." If King can get scared by the prospect of writing, surely we deserve to give ourselves some latitude in that regard.
