Justin, as I wrote in the OP, these five character archetypes may not pertain to all movies, but there is certainly a pattern. And it’s there in all sorts of films from big popcorn franchise movies to small indie dramas. Hopefully, writers can use this knowledge to facilitate their story-crafting process.
